Foxy Santa

I know everyone doesn't celebrate Christmas, but who could resist a man in a Santa hat? I sure can't, and hope Mr.C brought some Holiday joy your way regardless. Just a quick note also to wish all you a Happy New Year as well. CHEERS!

Foxy Wolverine

In case you all missed it, my man HUGH was named "Sexiest Man Alive" by People magazine. sigh... the man just can't help it.
I also recently caught a glimpse of the cover of EMPIRE magazine, and was instantly inspired!

So here's my sketch of the golden boy along with a TON of my favorite Hugh pics found all over the internet: ENJOY!!

(and try not to drool too much on your computer!)

Foxy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Hope your meat is HOT and JUICY tomorrow! And for those vegetarians out there: hope you feast on BIG, MEATY NUTS!
Now that I've got that out of the way, I want to take a moment to remember those who came before us and made our lives (aka Americans) here today possible. No, I'm not talking about Mom or Dad, or even George Washington. I'm talking about the original North American foxes, the Native Americans!
Without getting into too much discussion about the many injustices inflicted on those living in this country, I hope everyone takes a moment to reflect and simply give thanks for what they have.

I am certainly thankful that I'm here (happy and healthy) and able to draw foxy pictures and share them with YOU! :)

In case you don't know, I'm a terrible cook so this is a particularly difficult Holiday for me. But lucky for me, I found some great looking Turkey to share with you. ENJOY!

Foxy Tricks and Treats

HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Hope everyone is ready to watch a creepy movie, hang with friends, dress up, or going to a party this week-end. Well, regardless of what you've got planned hope you get your fill of trick-or-treating.

I recently found some interesting cover art for the classic "Frankenstein" by Mary Shelley and it just BEGGED for a foxy make-over! Tell me I'm wrong, but the engaging stare combined with a naked body strapped to a table under a bedsheet just screams something sexual... right?

Well, anyways here's MY inspired piece. I've added greetings from CAMPBLOOD. If you haven't checked out that site before... NOWS THE TIME. It's got tons of horror films reviewed and can certainly help you pick the right flick to get you in the mood this week-end. Stop on over and enjoy the treats that 'ol BUZZ from Campblood has ready for you.

Hope you enjoy the art, and feel free to email it to a special someone. ;)
Have a safe, happy, and foxy Halloween!

Foxy Friday

I'm b-a-a-a-a-a-a-ck!
It's Friday, and hope everyone is ready to enjoy the week-end! I know I am.
It's also been a while since I've posted anything, but that doesn't mean I haven't been busy. No sir! I've been hard at work and running around doing freelance jobs as well as trying to have a little fun.

Anyways, thought to post my favorite furry Fox ...or should I say "wolverine"? Speaking of which I can't wait for the Wolverine movie to come out (next year)? I can only hope there's a lot of him running around naked in the Weapon X laboratory!! If you don't know the origin story of Wolverine, and have the hots for this furry bad boy... you're in for a treat. The incredible Barry Windsor Smith did a fantastic job back in the day:

Just imagine a beefed up Hugh Jackman all naked and sweaty, rolling around all bound up in cables and wires. It's like some fantasy come to life... and they better have it in the movie!! There was a hint of this back in the previous X-Men films, but it was such a tease!! AAAAAARGH!

Speaking of hunky hairy actors, that reminds me: has Jake Gyllenhaal been hanging out with Hugh? If you've seen him in his new duds for the film PRINCE OF PERSIA... it's like they're competing for Mr.Leather or something? Jake's wig is terrible, but who's looking at the wig, right? :)

OK, now get lost and start you're week-end if you haven't already!

Foxy Pride

Sadly, I missed out on the infamous "FOLSOM" event here in NYC last weekend. It's a leather pride event where you can see folks acting out and feeling frisky. However, this weekend is the big gay pride parade here in NYC, and I'll try and get a gander at it (if I manage not to have a hangover). Anyways, got me thinking about a way to share my love of art and music more with my fellow foxes. So I decided to start a series of music compilations featuring some of my favorite music (and my art of course)! Each will showcase certain kinds of music I deem "foxy", and will named after a color (rainbow flag, anyone?).

May I present: "Foxy- Red". Feel the passionate, funky vibe of these tunes as you hear the bass slap and synthesizer tweak. I love listening to these songs, and especially love "mucho macho". It's truly amazing, and hope you enjoy it, too.

FOXY RED:
01 Macho- Mucho_Macho
02 Rod McKuen- Easy In
03 Asphalt Jungle- Freakin' Time Pt.1
04 Roundtree- Get on Up
05 Goody Goody - It Looks Like Love (Dim's Compiled Edit)

I would also like to take a moment to thank an incredible fellow blogger who have graciously posted this material and without whom I would have never had the pleasure of hearing these amazing tracks!! Please visit Pat Les Stache @ American Athlete as often as you can as there is no doubt there are many more foxy classics yet to come.

Pat Les Stache- AMERICAN ATHLETE

OH! And if you're in the Seattle, WA (USA) area on a Wednesday, please stop by and get your groove on! There is a weekly dance party there called "STUDIO" and it looks like a lot of fun!
STUDIO @ Havana (1010 E Pike St, Capitol Hill) every Wednesday Night. Check out their blog and see for yourself! :)

Happy Pride!

Foxy Fiction

I've been busy getting ready for an illustration trade show here in NYC in a couple weeks, so I haven't posted in a while. Although this show mainly caters to the more commercial market for the masses, I've tried combining some foxy flavor to the mix. So take a look at a new series I'm developing. I'm focusing on (foxy) male heroic characters from folklore and fiction. Here are the first two: Doc Savage and Hercules (ala Steve Reeves).
I have plans on showing some tone legs with Robin Hood. Others I'm considering are John Henry, Paul Bunyan, Aladdin, and Tarzan.
Do you have any suggestions or comments? Please let me know and post them here and/ or send me an email.

Foxy Music

If you haven't figured it out by now, I have a soft spot for funky disco garage classics. I can't quite figure out what it is exactly that does it for me, but I had to share some more of these fantastic tunes. Lucky for us all there are some resourceful DJ types out there that post this stuff on YouTube so you can hear it all for yourself. ENJOY!
1. KLEEER - Keep Your Body Workin'. Love everything about this song. Yes, even the "disco calls". It's a fun, sexy classic dance classic that should do the trick and get the blood pumping.

2. The SALSOUL ORCHESTRA - You're Just the Right Size. With song lyrics like this there's no mistaking your intentions when you play this jam. Whew! It's getting hot in heeeeere.

3. SLICK - Sexy Cream. Well, now that the blood is pumping and you've discovered everything is the right size the only thing left to do now is to give up some of that sexy cream. Yup. That's right. Enjoy, and then go have a cigarette.

Foxy Cooking

I caught clips of video on YouTube of a shirtless guy dancing in the kitchen and of course wanted more. Turns out this was part of a French (television) "how to" cooking series called KITCHENDALES. What a great idea! If you can't understand the French language, who cares?! Like anyone really watches this show for the cooking tips anyways.
And if you go to DAILY MOTION they have longer segments of the show to watch. :)
It's even listed on Amazon.com, but sadly only available as a Region 2 DVD. :(
Here is my favorite clip so far that I've found. ENJOY!

Foxy Music

For your viewing pleasure, here are two VERY foxy and talented gentlemen and one of my favorite songs from DAFT PUNK. ENJOY!

Foxy Flickr

Wanted to let you all know that I've started a collection on Flickr that I'd love for you to check out. There you'll find sketches, illustrations, and photos of my foxy art as well as people and other art that I find foxy.

As always, feel free to leave comments!!

Foxy Adult Comics

If you haven't already heard me talk about it, I'm currently working with writer Dale Lazarov on a new series of erotic adult comics. The stories are all based on the theme "second chances" and if you're a fan of STICKY or MANLY or any of Dale's previous work, I'm sure you'll LOVE what we're working on now. I'm gonna try my best and feature foxy guys in a variety of shapes, sizes and colors so I there's a little something for everyone.

This will be chocked full of adult content, and featured online sometime next year... so stay tuned!

Keep your fingers crossed and hope to have it be published! :)

Both Sticky and Manly are available on Amazon.com, and go to Adult Web Comics... if you're feeling particularly foxy. Dale is currently featured there with artist, Delic Van Loond, on a series called "FANCY".

Foxy Comicon

It's been a while since I last posted, but I've been busy!

Most recently I went to the NYC Comicon this past week-end and had a good time.
Met with talented folks like TIM FISH, PHIL JIMENEZ, STEVE SADOWSKI, and JAMES L. BARRY to name a few.

If you don't know who they are, well you must not read comics because they are all BIG stars that deserve props.

TIM FISH: the creative genius behind "Cavalcade of Boys" and "Young Bottoms in Love" makes foxy boy stories that are fun and light hearted with just the right amount of relationship drama to make a great read. http://www.timfishworks.com/

PHIL JIMENEZ: a busy bee with talent oozing out of his every pore. He's done a ton of work for both Marvel and DC comics, and a gracious and wonderful guy who's always got the time to talk to his fans. He's out and proud and there happens to be a great interview with him courtesy of The GAY LEAGUE here.

STEVE SADOWSKI: draws some of the hottest guys I've ever seen. I know his work best from the various JSA comics I've picked up solely for that reason. He's currently working on the new Avengers/Invaders title from Marvel Comics. So check it out!!

JAMES L. BARRY: Is a talented illustrator and artist currently seen in the manga adaptation of the bestselling series, Warriors!! If you like cats (I sure do) then you need to buy this book!

Foxy Music

It's been a while since I've posted some of my favorite music to get foxy to... so put on (or take off) that something special and have at it. ENJOY!
1. MSTRKRFT- Street Justice. This is one of my favorites I found over the past year. These guys really know how to get (my) juices going.

2. YELLE- A Cause Des Garcons (Tepr Remix). She's a French dance music diva with the trendy fashions that Urban Outfitters has to offer. But this particular mix (and video) makes me crazy. I particularly LOVE the dancing. I think it's pretty foxy.

3. KYLIE MINOGUE- Like A Drug. Kylie's new album that recently dropped here in the States delivers more than a couple catchy dance favorites. I particularly love this one.

4. LIL LOUIS- French Kiss. Oh boy. This is a FANTASTIC track. Thank God for YouTube: They have the original, UNCUT version?! LOL

Foxy Bareback

Well, not the kind of bareback you're thinking, but more a reference to a sketch I'm posting here today! LOL I did this one and thought it would be a cool way to show off a tattoo or something. So I've posted a few versions of it. Feel free to leave a comment and let me know what you think.
THANKS!

Foxy Gaelic

If you want an excuse to go out this weekend, then here's one: St.Patrick's is Monday! So celebrate early and start TONIGHT! No doubt hundreds of others will be doing the same.
So being the crafty fox that I am... I'm here to try and help you get lucky with a few tips (free of charge, of course):

#1. Buy a boy a drink. Just ask a fox if he's Irish. If he is: Great! If he isn't: That's OK, too! You can still buy him one in the spirit of the Holiday. Of course, you have to have the money to do it, but no doubt it's a great way to start a conversation. If you don't have the cash on hand, then see #2.

#2. Claim that you're Irish, and demand tribute. Even if you don't look anything like a pale, freckle-faced red head, claim that you "share the same JEANS". No one will suspect you don't mean "GENES"! And if for some bizarre reason they do figure it out: I'm sure at some point in your life by now, you've borrowed somebody's pants, and most likely that person was somehow related to an Irish person. Now that there are believers in your midst, why not demand a drink, or better yet a kiss on the cheek? (...or somewhere else perhaps?)

#3. Wear green underwear. This may seem strange, but it's an excuse to show off, and perhaps catch someone's attention. You don't have to buy new underwear either. If you don't have a pair already, just get a green Sharpie marker and draw clovers on it. Heck, just scribble green marks... who cares? Oh. I should mention that you can wear regular clothes ontop, just as long as there's a bit of green to flash. You may get someone else to flash back.

#4. Write "Tabhair póg dom" accross your chest, belly, arm, face, etc. and don't be surprised by the shower of kisses you'll receive! That's how you write: "Give me a Kiss" in Irish Gaelic. You can use that useful green Sharpie marker mentioned above!

That's FOUR hot tips that are sure to make your outing more enjoyable. It's all about being friendly, fun, and FOXY. And if any of you foxes out there actually take my advice: I want to hear about it!!

Happy pre-St. Patty's... and may your mouth always be wet! ;)

Foxy Rascals

If you don't know who Todd Yeager is... you will soon. Why? Because he's an incredibly talented NYC artist who has a book coming out next month: "Rascals".

Ain't that a foxy sounding title? (sigh...) Maybe one of these days yours truly will have a book of his own, eh? ;-)

If you're in the NYC area on April Fools Day, stop by Beauty Bar and check out his book release party and one night only exhibition! I plan on being there myself, and will probably post pictures from the event (if my camera decides it wants to work that night)! Here is the invite with all the details:

Foxy Models

It's Friday again. Another week has flown by, and left us with what? Well, hopefully SOMETHING foxy. But just in case you're one of those who felt they were cheated, here are a few sketches I've been holding onto, showing perhaps more of my sweeter side. All of these were created at the wonderful Leslie/Lohman life drawing sessions held here in NYC.

I encourage you to visit the gallery's website and learn more about the gallery's history. Who knows? Perhaps you'll be inspired to support the gallery's efforts in promoting art with gay and lesbian sensibilities, or find one to support in your neck of the woods?

Of course, if you ever hear of a gallery or open call for entries for art with a gay sensibility... you know of at least one foxy artist who's interested. So drop me a line (betches)! ;-)

Foxy Fitness

I came up with the idea to create some motivational type sketches the other day because it's a great way to combine foxy guys and public service type reminders. I know it's perhaps a bit utopian of me, but why can't people use sex to sell concepts like SHARING, TOLERANCE, and PEACE.

So with that in mind, I'd like to present the first in this series: "HEALTHY"! We can all do things to be healthier: eat right, exercise, yoga, etc. Listen, I know mental health is important, too... but I'm interested in drawing guys here! ;-)

Perhaps my sketch may remind you of someone? Well, that's because I tried creating a love child from the ultra foxy BEN COHEN (a professional athlete) and BLUTO (yes, the cartoon character)! Wouldn't that be something special? In case you need help remembering what the heck these guys look like, I'll save you the trouble:

Ben Cohen is soo foxy... I can't stand it. (That's why I'm sitting down right now.) Actually, I don't want to think too much about it, or my head will explode. So let me just say that one can NEVER get too much of Ben, and he knows it!! (dahm him) To prove my point, just visit his website. The freaking thing is chock full of him strutting his stuff! To top it all off... he's even acknowledged and thanked his gay fans. So it would seem that he's a true fox both inside and out!

Bluto, on the other hand, is a jerk. BUT... I will admit that I had a crush on him as a kid. There was just something about that dark hair and wrestler physique that caught my attention. He was that manly man: the macho woodcutter, the circus strongman, the champion boxer. But you may or may not know he also dressed in DRAG! Yup. Seems he was a man of many interests! I did kind of feel bad for him even though he deserved to get beat up. But he was a tough guy, and always came back for more. Maybe he liked it? I dunno. Hey, did I mention how bad boys can be foxy, too? ;)

If you agree that Bluto is hot, or are a fan of the Popeye cartoons, then may I suggest learning more by visiting an awesome fan site: Popeye Animator ID.

Foxy Friday

Now that Valentines is over, and the week-end is almost here let's take a moment and give some love to those deemed unlovable. The boys with a dark side. The guys who like to get into fights. I'm talking about BAD BOYS!

I just hope your Holiday wasn't ruined because of someone like this, but hey... some people LIKE getting their hearts stomped on? Who's to say that's wrong? One thing is for sure: Bad Boys can be VERY foxy!

So here are some bad boys for you to oogle over, and perhaps enable some latent desires? Mwahahaha!

1. SUPERMAN. Yes, even the good guys can have a dark side. Supes (played by Christopher Reeve in Superman III) was already foxy, but with a new attitude: he's UBER foxy!

2. DRACULA. He certainly knows how to suck, but when played by the foxy Dominic Purcell (Blade Trinity) I don't want him to stop!

3. PATRICK BATEMAN. Speaking of killers... I don't think they could look any better. OMG!! (Christian Bale in American Psycho)

4. KANO. Fight club certainly made bruises sexy, but when Mortal Kombat character KANO (played by Trevor Goddard) appeared on screen, visions of hunky leathermen danced in my head. No, seriously... they did!

5. RYAN McCARTHY. Who the hell is Ryan McCarthy? Well, if you're not into twinks you may not know who he is. However, if you watch TV you may have seen a show called the OC or seen a trailer for the movie Never Back Down. In that case you may recognize the devilishly handsome Cam Gigandet who plays Ryan. I am "lucky" enough to have seen this film already, and I'll tell you: DON'T SEE IT! It's quite predictable and boring. However, there are several scenes of sweaty muscle getting it on, and if that's your thing: RUN, don't walk to the theater! Check it out for yourself (Ryan is the blonde, in case you didn't know):

OK. That's enough! Now back to my ART!

Here's a sketch I did this morning, and I kind of think it looks like a fox getting ready to step into the ring (... to battle Ryan perhaps?).

Have a FOXY week-end!

Foxy Music

It's Valentine's Day, and in order to set the mood right tonight here is another pick for music to get Foxy to. This pick is two-fold because I loooove both the original and a new song that samples this classic so heavily. But let's start with the original song, shall we?

Larry Levan- "Is It All Over My Face"

Sadly, I was too young to enjoy hearing this song debut in clubs in the early 80's, but it's still a favorite for many and has a strong fan base. I don't have any crazy/ funny stories about this song, but I'm sure it will get some booties shakin.

Speaking of "booty" is anyone familiar with openly gay NYC based rapper, CAZWELL? If not, I seriously insist that you check him out. He's fun, sexy, and his songs are chock full of homo goodness. He had an album not too long ago (2006) and used the Levan original to bring it back in style. Not that the original could ever go out of style... but have a listen and a look and see what I mean.

Cazwell- "All Over Your Face"

Hope that spices things up for you this Valentine's Day!

My Foxy Valentine

Well, here it is: Valentine's Day. I don't know how many people that celebrate this Holiday. In fact, I have a feeling most folks don't do much at all... including ME! My boyfriend and I have done little gift exchanges in years past, but nothing crazy mind you. I remember it being a much bigger deal as a kid, having to decorate your own valentine bag, stressing over which Valentine to give to which classmate, etc. Now-a-days it's just sort of an excuse to buy lots of candy and binge for a day (or two).

Well, in order to make Valentine's Day a little FOXIER, I have created a very special e-card! (You may recognize the bulging underwear because I used the TWINK drawing from my previous post.) Yup, now you can let that special person know how you feel.

Isn't it charming? ...Romantinc? Dare I say FOXY?

Well, I think it's fun and could be used ANY time of the year, so why not save a copy and keep it handy? In fact, I'm thinking of expanding upon this e-card idea, and would love to hear any suggestions that you might have!

In case you find this card isn't working for you, or you feel you must use the power of choice in every aspect of your life: I have good news for you! I've done some Valentine's in previous years and they're still available online at CAMPBLOOD. Just click HERE, HERE, or HERE!

While you're there you may want to stay and explore the site as there is tons of tasty Horror Homo goodness! Just be sure to tell BUZZ that FOXY ANDY sent ya!

Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Fox

Not long ago, someone asked me if I could draw TWINKS. Of course I was rather shocked by the notion someone doubted my abilities, but more importantly I realized that I have been depriving folks from an entire youth culture! (**gasp**)

Let me clarify by stating a "Twink" (in my opion) is a young man 18-25 ish, and by "mature" I basically mean to include anyone over 30. Yes, I admit I personally favor the "rough and mature" over the "smooth and supple", but no longer will I make that decision for my viewers!

So here is my TWINK debut!
I took a life model drawing and tried to "twink it up" a notch or two. I can't help but keep the square jaw and toned physique, but lost the facial and body hair... kind of smoothed things out in a way. I will also admit that I was also loosely based on Dick Grayson. You know... Batman's side-kick: ROBIN, the Boy (twink) Wonder. And the heart tattoo? Well... Valentine's Day is around the corner, and this may just end up as an e-card or something? Just click on the image below to see the transformation in it's full-sized glory. (Don't forget to click the back button, or you'll leave me hanging!)
Is this a "twink"? Did I succeed? Inquiring minds want to know!

Foxy Music

Keeping in the spirit of the season (aka Valentines) I have decided to post my suggestions for music to get Foxy to. In fact, there's never a time NOT to be Foxy... is there? (Well, maybe not at a funeral.) Regardless of what you think appropriate, here is my first (and possibly TOP) pick:

Minnie Riperton- "Inside My Love"

In case you can't remember how it goes, or (heaven forbid) have no idea what I'm talking about... then get to your nearest youtube, iTunes store, or click on the track title above and get with it!

The song was included on the album (Adventures in Paradise) and recently discovered that she was ATTACKED by a lion when filming a commercial! It wasn't the same lion shown above, but a different one. Whatever. I'm just relieved she wasn't terribly injured.

Better yet: SEE the whole story for yourself

A Whole New World

Welcome to "Foxy Talk". This is my new home for all the latest and greatest, and hope you (dear reader) will enjoy it. And if you did (or didn't), I expect you to tell me about it by leaving a comment. That's RIGHT! I want you Foxy fans to respond. It will help inspire me, and let me know what you like.

Just keep it clean folks. I know this ain't no kids show, but seriously... This isn't about pornography or profanity (there's plenty of other places to get that). It's about being FOXY. I'll not only post about my art, but about things I think have Foxy merit. That means foxy guys (duh), movies, fashion, stories, etc.

I intend to keep it fresh, too, and do my best to post at least once a week: So remember to check back often!

You never know what I may have for you...
